Demonstrations of chemical experiments, UG Chemistry Department

A continuation of the series of well-known and popular chemistry experiment demonstrations, carried out for many years by Dr Tomasz Plucinski. During the class, participants will be able to learn about chemistry from a side other than the book.
Themes of upcoming shows:
25 March - Hydrogen peroxide, an attractive substrate for chemical experiments.
15 April - Hydrogen - facts and myths about the super fuel of the future.
22 April - Everyday (kitchen) chemistry: common mistakes and simple solutions.

The aim of this year's Sustainable Development Day at the University of Gdańsk is to raise environmental awareness and shape attitudes among students, staff and the university environment. It is also an action towards the realisation of the university's social responsibility through dialogue with stakeholders and taking joint action focused on promoting the idea of sustainable development, in particular the Sustainable Development Goals.
