10.15-10.30 – Presentation of prizes to participants in the contest for "My Favorite Chemical Experience"
10.30-11.00 – Presentations of young scientists
11.00-11.30 – Break
11.30-12.00 – A lecture by Dr. Małgorzata Czerwicka entitled. "Can You See Smell?"
12.00-12.30 – "Surface tension in action" by Dr. Artur Giełdoń
12.30-………. – With a visit to the Department of Chemistry: presentation of the mock-up "Model Environmentally Friendly City" and the scientific and teaching base.
Results of the competition with the theme "My favorite chemical experience" within the framework of the University of Young Explorers
The chapter of the competition for the best presentation of a topic related to chemistry, organized within the framework of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education's University of Young Explorers project "Model and experiment - a series of lectures and workshops for young explorers" would like to announce that the winner of the main prize was Julia Raczynska. Filip Zarzeczanski (second place) and Aleksandra Katynska (third place) were also on the podium. The competition also awarded honorable mentions to: Julia Chrzanowska and Karolina Dembowska. HEARTFELT CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

A contest entitled "My favorite chemical experience" has been announced for junior high school students. Attached you will find the rules of the contest and the application form.

PROJECT: Model and experiment - a series of lectures and workshops for young explorers.
The aim of the project is to popularize science and scientific research and its applications among children and young people from the Pomeranian Voivodeship aged 6-16, through the organization of cyclical activities in the form of demonstrations and workshops organized on the premises of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdansk (WCh).
